At Passavant Memorial Homes, we understand that senior citizens may be interested in staying active. Our trained and supportive Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) will work with each individual and their team to identify a plan of activities based upon each individual’s unique interests.
The Passavant Memorial Homes (PMH) Senior Center Programs are located alongside the VEC Programs, in Harmarville, Rochester, and Mt. Pleasant, Pennsylvania. Activities include, but are not limited to, participation in community events such as art shows, crafts, picnics, and hayrides to empower socialization and community involvement. Individuals may also participate in music, group games and activities, and skills training. Monthly health assessments are also provided and support is tailored by PMH’s trained DSPs and nursing staff.
