Now Offering Sign-on and Direct Care Employee Recognition Bonuses!
PMHFOS appreciates all of the vital work that our front line, direct care employees do to provide the highest quality supports to the individuals we are privileged to serve! We are now offering all current and new, eligible, direct care employees an additional $3 per hour worked between August 16, 2020 and October 24, 2020, up to $1,200, as part of our Direct Care Employee Recognition Bonus! Positions available for the bonus include Direct Support Professional (DSP), Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS), Specialized Residential Counselor, and Personal Support positions.
Additionally, we are offering a sign-on bonus of $2,500 for newly hired, full-time direct care employees and a sign-on bonus of $1,000 for newly hired, part-time direct care employees!
