After 37 years of service as CEO and President of Passavant Memorial Homes Family of Services (PMHFOS), Rick D. Senft retired at the end of last month. Across his tenure, Rick D. Senft led the organization’s incredible transformation to serve 10,000 individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and behavioral health needs each year, achieving remarkable organizational growth and impact from $1.4 million in annual revenue when he was onboarded to more than $125 million in annual revenue. Rick D. Senft further led the identification, development, and implementation of the subsidiary organizations of Passavant Memorial Homes, including PDC Pharmacy, Life Enrichment Trust, Accessible Dental Services, and Passavant Memorial Homes Foundation, providing a holistic array of services and supports to individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and behavioral health needs.
In conjunction with Rick D. Senft’s retirement, PMHFOS is very excited to announce the excellent news that, as unanimously endorsed and approved by the Boards of Directors, Zachary Senft has become the CEO and President of PMHFOS. Under Zachary Senft’s steadfast leadership, vision, and oversight, PMHFOS looks forward to further building upon and expanding the impact of PMHFOS for the individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and behavioral health needs that PMHFOS is privileged to serve.
