PMH Community Connections Program provides lasting relationships

We are excited to announce that Passavant Memorial Homes has launched the Community Connections program! It’s goal is to build relationships between the individuals we are privileged to serve and their communities through a variety community activities and volunteer opportunities.

As part of the program, Passavant Memorial Homes recently partnered with East Union Church and New Stanton Alliance Church to create cards for the holiday season! We look forward to growing our relationship with these organizations and expand the program further!

 

Helping Hearts Program provides Therapeutic Support at Passavant Memorial Homes

The Passavant Memorial Homes Helping Hearts program is a 10-session therapeutic group led by our Behavioral Supports team that focuses on teaching self-awareness, feeling identification, and effective expression of feelings.

Through group discussions, therapeutic activities, and community service outings, group members are able to identify self-strengths and support systems, identify feelings in themselves and others, and learn to appropriately and effectively express strong emotions. Group members also have the opportunity to increase socialization, build friendships, and give back to their local community. 

 

Passavant Memorial Homes Opens New Office Location in New Castle, PA

Passavant Memorial homes is excited to announce that we have opened a new office location in New Castle, PA to better serve the surrounding areas. The open house was held on June 15, 2019 and was visited by a variety of people from the area wanting to learn more about the services offered at Passavant Memorial Homes. We also had a special visit from Iceburgh from the Pittsburgh Penguins!
