I have had the privilege of serving as CEO and President of this great organization for over 30 years.
Across Passavant Memorial Homes (PMH) and its subsidiary organizations, services and supports are provided to over 10,500 individuals. This would not be possible without our 1,700 compassionate and dedicated staff, our committed and trusted business partners, and our loyal and supportive Boards of Directors.
Our mission, to provide a holistic array of optimal supports and services for individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and behavioral health needs, while promoting their choice and independence, has never been pursued so fervently. Passavant Memorial Homes Family of Services’ (PMHFOS’s) service offerings are aligned, more so than ever before, in a way that supports all of the individuals that we are privileged to serve in achieving their unique goals.
Embracing change has facilitated a culture that supports continuous improvement and growth, and PMHFOS is committed to being at the forefront of leveraging technology to improve operations and ultimately the care that we provide. Be it through utilizing software and/or cloud-based systems to better recruit and train our direct service professionals within PMH, track the progress of a prescription from ordering to delivery within PDC Pharmacy, provide instant access to statements and reporting for our beneficiaries within Life Enrichment Trust (LET), or chart and manage treatment for patients within Accessible Dental Services (ADS), the commitment to leveraging technology has impacted each entity and line of business. However, it is the sum of these, and many more operational enhancements, that display our continual commitment to optimize the services provided across PMHFOS, and in turn, enhance the lives of the individuals we support.
I am grateful for your interest in our organization, and I invite you to learn more about the mission that our organization strives to meet every day and the individuals that we are privileged to serve.
